Trio Condominiums, a new construction located in Palisades Park, New Jersey, is facing legal trouble from purchasers of its condominium units.
According to Christine Bae, Esq., who is in charge of the class-action lawsuit filed on behalf of many Korean tenants of Trio Condominiums, ‘Trio’ had promised the Korean tenants that a swimming pool would be built on the premises, but failed to uphold its promise.
“As far as I know, there are many Korean tenants who signed contracts with Trio Condominiums based on the promise that a swimming pool would be built on the premises,” Ms. Bae said “and in order to protect their rights and reduce their losses, we plan to have a press conference on November 9 to address the matter.”
