Mr. Lawrence W. Andrea is senior counsel at Kim & Bae. He specializes in business formation, contract negotiations, and civil  litigation. He also conducted general practice of law acting as general counsel to start-ups and counsel to investors.

Mr. Andrea graduated from Brooklyn Law School, Cum Laude with numerous honors, including the Dean’s Academic Achievement Scholarship and served as the Executive Comments Editor of the Brooklyn Law Review. After graduating, he served in the Judge Advocate General’s Corp of the United States Army, achieving the rank of Captain and representing soldiers at the Army Court of Criminal Appeals, Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, and the Supreme Court of the United States. He was awarded, among others, the Meritorious Service Medal and the Army Commendation Medal. Since then, he has been general counsel to several companies and practiced privately in Connecticut and New York regarding various aspects of business and corporate law.

In addition to his work at Kim & Bae, Mr. Andrea continues to work as general counsel at Cantata Media, a local news outlet, as well as various start-up companies. He provides counsel regarding all aspects of business.
