Sera U. Hwang is an experienced lawyer who specializes in civil litigation, business law, and employment law. She graduated from MIT with a B.S. in Economics and attended UCLA School of Law. Prior to joining Kim & Bae, she engaged in civil litigation at a corporate law firm in New York City and worked at the New York City Commission on Human Rights. In addition, she co-founded a successful startup with the former head of the MIT chemistry department. During law school, Ms. Hwang had the honor of externing for the Honorable Judge Geraldine Mund at the federal bankruptcy court.
