5 Million Dollar Punitive Damages Lawsuit
Korean woman who resides in Manhattan has filed 5-million-dollar damage lawsuit against her ex-boyfriend, a current doctor, for tricking her into taking a morning-after pills.
According to the Complaint filed in the Supreme Court of New York, New York County on April 14th, Kim (36) alleges that her ex-boyfriend John Ikechi (37) made her take “Plan B” without her consent.
Christine Bae, Esq. of Kim & Bae, P. C., Kim’s counsel, stated “his action to trick her into taking a morning-pill, just to avoid unwanted pregnancy, is despicable and unforgivable.”
According to the Complaint, Kim and Ikechi were in a relationship since April of 2016, and it was a month later, on May 21st, when Kim found an empty Plan B case in his trash can. Kim was shocked as she was not using any kind of contraception pills.
