At the 2013 Small Business Management Seminar, held by The Korean American Association of Greater New York, members learned about legal issues arising from landlord tenant relationships. From his experience on actual cases, attorney David Polazi representing Kim&Bae talked about various landlord tenant issues that might arise. At the seminar David emphasized the importance of legal issues that could be overlooked as well as the necessity of an actual written document or contract between landlord and tenant. Additionally other professionals covered legal subjects at the seminar, including accounting, tax, licenses, and insurance. These professionals explained the knowhow and provided information on how to make their businesses successful.
