중앙일보 (July 16, 1997) 한인 노래방 승소 연방법원 팰리세이즈파크 영어공용조례는 위헌 팰리세이즈파크시와 단체장을 상대로 영어 간판 공용을 규정한 시 조례가 위헌이라며 소송을 낸 한인 노래방 업주가 14일 뉴왁연방법원에서 승소했다. 이날 판결을 주도한 알프레드 울린 판사는 팰리세이즈파크의 조례중 영어공용 간판규정은 헌법에 명시된 표현의 자유에 위배된다고 밝혔다. 이와 관련 시측 변호사로 나온 조셉 라리넬로 변호사는 조례개정을 약속했다.…
